Pressure on the body delivers an increase in the release of serotonin (happy hormone), reduces cortisol (stress chemical) whilst increasing melatonin (sleep chemical) creating a sense of calm, deep sleep.
Tiny glass beads deep inside the blanket’s quilted pockets provide a comforting, even pressure across your body to create a feeling of deep relaxation that resembles being hugged.
The Kally Weighted Anxiety Blanket reduces the symptoms of sleep disorder, autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, depression, anxiety and PTSD.

Otherwise known as a weighted blanket, they are soft comfortable blankets which contain multiple compartments filled with small, weighted objects such as glass beads.
Weighted blankets are designed around Deep Pressure Touch Stimulation which works by forcing weight down on your body, resulting in reduced anxiety/stress and better sleep.
Weighted blankets benefit those with stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, depression, PTSD, Restless Leg Syndrome, arthritis, fibromyalgia, arthritis and pain.
They should not be used by children, elderly, pregnancy women, or people with pre-exisiting circulartory issues.

Wash the blanket at 30’c but do not tumble dry. The blanket should be air-dried.
The outer cover is 100% cotton while the compartments contain tiny glass beads.
