Where is my order?

Please check your email for correspondence from notifications@dhlparcel.co.uk. Once we’ve passed your order on to DHL, they will send you a tracking number. You can then track your order on www.dhl.co.uk

Do you charge for delivery?

You can get free UK delivery on orders over £29. Next day delivery is available for £3.95, but you must order before midday to be able to choose this service. Standard delivery (2-3 days) is available for £2.95 on orders under £29.

How long will it take to get my order?

Our standard delivery usually takes 2-3 days, but usually gets to you in 2. Next working day delivery is available if you order before midday. Orders over the weekend should arrive on the following Tuesday.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes, if you order before midday there will be an option to select next working day delivery. We aren’t currently able to offer next working day delivery on orders placed after midday.

Do you deliver to Ireland?

Yes, we currently deliver to the UK & Ireland.

Do you deliver internationally?

Outside of the UK & Ireland, we currently deliver to France, Germany, Netherlands and Iceland.

Can I send items to somebody else as a gift?

Yes, this can be done by selecting a different shipping address.

Can I return the pillow if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, we offer a 14 night sleep trial on all our pillows. If you are not completely satisfied you can return the item by following our returns procedure.

Will my refund go back on the card I purchased with?

Yes, the payment will automatically be transferred back to the card you purchased the pillow with. PayPal refunds will be processed likewise.

How long will my refund take?

Refunds can vary depending on your bank but it should take between 5-10 working days.

What is your customer service telephone number?

How long have you been trading for?

We are a young company, and have been trading since mid-2018.

Do you have a physical store?

No, at this time we’re exclusively an online business. Some of our products are stocked by well-known retailers, including John Lewis, Dreams and Fenwick.

Are you based in the UK?

Yes we are based in central London.

I don't want any marketing emails, how do I ensure this won't happen?

No problem, if you don’t want to be contacted by us then please leave all checkboxes at checkout empty this will ensure you don’t sign up to our newsletters or marketing activity.
