Please check your email for correspondence on your order progress. Once we’ve passed your order on to Amazon shipping, they will send you a tracking number. You can then track your order on the Amazon shipping page.

You can get free UK delivery on orders over £39. Next day delivery is available for £4.95, but you must order before midday to be able to choose this service. Standard delivery (2-3 days) is available for £2.95 on orders under £39.
Our standard delivery usually takes 2-3 days, but usually gets to you in 2. Next working day delivery is available if you order before midday. Orders over the weekend should arrive on the following Tuesday.
Yes, if you order before midday there will be an option to select next working day delivery. We aren’t currently able to offer next working day delivery on orders placed after midday.
Yes, we currently deliver to the UK & Ireland.

We only deliver to the United Kingdom. 

Yes, this can be done by selecting a different shipping address.

Yes, we offer a 14-night sleep trial on all our pillows. If you are not completely satisfied you can return the item by following our returns procedure

We never resell a product that has been sent to a customer, opened or not. Please follow the usual returns procedure even if the item hasn’t been opened or used.
Yes, the payment will automatically be transferred back to the card you purchased the pillow with. PayPal refunds will be processed likewise.
Refunds can vary depending on your bank but it should take between 5-10 working days.
We are a young company, and have been trading since mid-2018.
No, at this time we’re exclusively an online business. Some of our products are stocked by well-known retailers, including John Lewis, Dreams and Fenwick.
