Where is my order?
Please check your email for correspondence on your order progress. Once we’ve passed your order on to Amazon shipping, they will send you a tracking number. You can then track your order on the Evri shipping page.

How do you charge for delivery?
You can get free UK delivery on orders over £29. Standard delivery (2-3 days) is available for £2.95 on orders under £29. This is subject to promotional days.

How long will it take to get my order?
Our standard delivery usually takes 2-3 days, but it often gets to you in 2. Next working day delivery is available if you order before midday. Orders over the weekend should arrive on the following Tuesday.

Do you offer next day delivery?
We currently offer 48 hour delivery on all orders placed before midday. We do not have next day delivery options available at this time.

Do you deliver to Ireland?
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to ship to Ireland.

Do you deliver internationally?
We only deliver to the United Kingdom. These faqs are intended to make our delivery policy clear and easy to follow.

Can I send items to somebody else as a gift?
Yes, this can be done by selecting a different shipping address. It is a simple option during checkout.

Can I return the pillow if I’m not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 14-night sleep trial on all our pillows. If you are not completely satisfied you can return the item by following our returns procedure.

Will my refund go back on the card I purchased with.
Yes, the payment will automatically be transferred back to the card you purchased the pillow with. PayPal refunds will be processed likewise.

How long will my refund take?
Refunds can vary depending on your bank but it should take between 5-10 working days. These sleep FAQs cover the usual timing.

How long have you been trading for?
We are a young company, and have been trading since May 2018.

How do I return an unopened item?
We never resell a product that has been sent to a customer, opened or not. Please follow the usual returns procedure even if the item hasn’t been opened or used.

Do you have a physical store?
No, at this time we’re exclusively an online business. Some of our products are stocked by well-known retailers, including John Lewis, Dreams and Fenwick.

Are you based in the UK?
