UK orders are being processed and delivered on time as normal. 

Dependant on your shipping method and location, orders will be delivered by Evri, FDL or DPD.

As you may be aware there are currently delivery delays to orders being shipped to Republic of Ireland. We don’t want you to miss out on placing an order with us, however please be mindful that your parcel may take a little longer to arrive.

We want you to feel absolutely confident when purchasing our products from Kally Sleep, so we are offering you a 14-night sleep trial to help you decide if it’s right for you. If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with the product and are within the 14 night trial period, please follow the return instructions below.

Most products come with a 14 night trial, however there a few that don’t. Please look out for the 14 night sleep trial badge  visible on the product page. 

For hygiene reasons, we aren’t able to resell any used products that are returned to us. Instead, we have partnered with a charity called Marylebone Project who provide accommodation and support to women who are homeless or are in desperate need of short-term accommodation.

Return Instructions

  1. Send the items you want to return to Marylebone Project, Bradbury House, 1-5 Cosway Street, London NW1 5NR. The return of goods will be at your own cost.
  2. Write or print out your order number and place this inside your parcel. Without this, we won’t know which order the return belongs to.
  3. Once Marylebone Project informs us that they’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund.
  4. If you have not received your refund within 14 days of returning your item, please email us at
